Vince Dawkins was elected as president and CEO of Enertia Software by the board of directors, the company said Feb. 10.
In August 2008, he joined Dallas-based Enertia Software as a senior business analyst, helping design, develop and implement an enterprise application for upstream oil and gas producers.
Most recently, Dawkins was director of special projects and business intelligence. From 1998 and 2008, Dawkins worked at Amoco/BP, Accenture, David Powers and EAG Solutions.
Dawkins has a bachelor’s degree from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
“I’m looking forward to the opportunity to pilot Enertia on a continued path of success,” Dawkins said. “Enertia has taken the steps in the right direction for advancement in production and billing allocations, mapping integration, field data capture, web services and many other areas. I plan to execute the company’s vision with dedication and tenacity.”
