Cordy Oilfield Services Inc. completed the sale of all the shares of Cordy Manufacturing Inc., its wholly owned subsidiary, to an arm's length purchaser.
As a result, Cordy has exited the manufacturing and supply business and now carries on business in two segments, environmental services and heavy construction.
