W.F. “Rick” Bott, the president and COO of Continental Resources Inc. (NYSE: CLR), resigned “to pursue other opportunities,” the company said Sept. 11. Senior management will absorb his duties, the company added.
"We are grateful for his professional contributions and wish Rick the very best," said Harold G. Hamm, chairman and CEO.
Oklahoma City-based Continental Resources Inc. produces domestic oil.
