CIG Logistics received the contract to operate and manage the Southton Rail Yard for transloading and storing energy-related products for the Eagle Ford Shale, the company said Sept. 24.
The 300-acre rail has 160 direct train-to-truck car spots.
CIG will be supporting the Southton Rail Yard with operational expertise as well as business development.
Shale Support owns the yard.
