CHS Inc. and Wildcat Minerals LLC will form a strategic partnership to develop transload terminals alongside CHS-owned grain and agronomy operations. CHS and Wildcat expect the co-location of multiple Wildcat terminals at existing CHS rail facilities by year-end.
"CHS offers ideal locations for new facilities and is another example of how Wildcat is leveraging its terminal network and real-time logistics tracking systems to land oilfield consumables closer to the well head," Pete Melcher, chief operating officer for Wildcat Minerals, said. .
