Chart Lifecycle Inc. acquired Hetsco Inc., from Global Power Equipment Group Inc. for about $22 million. The combined business will provide services including installation, startup, repair and maintenance for global, industrial natural gas facilities and natural gas processing facilities.
Chart Lifecycle is a subsidiary of Chart Industries Inc.
With the acquisition, Chart’s current services will now include welding services including mission-critical repair and construction and fabrication.
