Bear Tracker Energy, LLC (BTE), a midstream energy company, announced today the signing of definitive agreements with a large U.S. independent oil and natural gas exploration and production company. BTE will construct, own, operate and expand a natural gas gathering system, cryogenic processing plant with a name plate capacity of 20 million cubic feet per day (MMcf/d), compression and other related facilities in the Niobrara Shale in northern Colorado. The associated natural gas production from 176 sections in Weld County, Colorado, will be dedicated to BTE's gathering system during the term of the agreement. Construction will commence in June of 2012 with operations estimated to start in the second quarter of 2013.
