Baker Hughes Inc. (NYSE: BHI) appointed Greg Brenneman and W. H. “Bill” Easter to its board of directors, the company said June 10.
Most recently, Easter was the chairman, president and CEO of DCP Midstream Partners LP (NYSE: DPM). Easter also worked at ConocoPhillips (NYSE: COP) in various roles, Baker Hughes said.
Easter currently is a director of Concho Resources Inc. (NYSE: CXO) and Delta Air Lines Inc. (NYSE: DAL), the company added. Easter has a master’s of science in management from Stanford's Graduate School of Business, and a bachelor’s of business administration from the University of Houston.
Most recently, Brenneman was chairman of CCMP Capital LLC, Baker Hughes said. He also was chairman and CEO of Quiznos and Burger King, CEO of PWC Consulting and president of Continental Airlines, the company added. Brenneman also currently serves on the boards at Automatic Data Processing, The Home Depot and Francesca's Collections, Baker Hughes added.
Brenneman has an MBA degree from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s of business administration degree in accounting and finance from Washburn University of Topeka, Kan. He also has an honorary doctor of commerce degree from Washburn University.
