Bayo O. Odunuga has been named CEO. He has experience as an energy advisor and project manager with PriceWaterhouseCoopers and EDS Corp. and is a co- founder and former CEO of Rosegate Synergistic Inc.
Jack M. Webb has been named to its board. He is an attorney and founder and CEO of Houston-based workout companyJack Webb and Associates and held several executive banking and energy industry positions including Shell Corp.
Jimmy G. Delano has been named to its board. He was vice president, international sales and marketing for Gillette and Polaroid in Africa.
Warren H. Anderson has been named chief technical officer. He is a geologist and engineer with more than 30 years of experience in petroleum E&P and was president of Asher Energy Corp.
William Coffey has resigned as secretary of the board.
