Antero Midstream Partners LP said Sept. 6 that it will offer $500 million of senior unsecured notes due 2024 in a private placement.
The net proceeds will be used to repay a portion of the outstanding credit facility borrowings.
Antero Midstream Partners LP owns, operates and develops midstream gathering and compression assets in West Virginia, Ohio and Pennsylvania.
