American Energy—Permian Basin LLC offered $1.4 billion of senior unsecured notes in a private offering, the company said July 8.
The affiliate of American Energy Partners LP offered three series of notes due 2019, 2020 and 2021, the company said.
Net proceeds will be used to partially finance the acquisition of Enduring Resources II LLC, and will also support general corporate purposes, the company said.
American Energy Partners LP is based in Oklahoma City.
