American Eagle Energy Corp. appointed Martin J. (Marty) Beskow as CFO on Kirk Stingley's resignation from the role, the company said May 5. Beskow’s appointment became effective May 1, the company said.
Beskow will continue as vice president of capital markets and strategy. He has held that role since October 2013.
"We thank Kirk for his many years of dedicated service to us and welcome Marty to his increased role," said Brad Colby, CEO and president. "We are certain that he will continue to make a significant contribution to our company."
Denver-based American Eagle Energy Corp. operates in the Williston Basin.
