Opened consent solicitations for amendments to indentures for 8.125% senior notes due 2019, 5.5% notes due 2021 and 5.5% notes due 2022 of Kodiak Oil & Gas Corp. The groups have $800 million, $350 million and $400 million, respectively, in aggregate principal amount. Whiting will pay $2.50 for every $1,000 principal amount. Offer scheduled to close Oct. 17.
