Closed its bought deal offering of about 10.1 million common shares priced at CA$34 each. Offer included an overallotment option for underwriters to purchase about 1.3 million additional shares. Net proceeds and funds available under the credit facilities will finance the purchase price for the proposed acquisition of certain natural gas processing assets from Paramount Resources.
