Priced an offering of senior notes consisting of $425 million 5-year senior notes; $425 million 10-year senior notes; and $400 million 30-year senior notes. Proceeds will be used to repay its $1.2 billion commercial paper program and for general partnership purposes. RBS Securities Inc., Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Inc., and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. are joint book-running managers.
