Priced an upsized public offering of 22 million shares of its common stock. The underwriter has been granted an option to buy up to 3.3 million additional shares. The underwriter intends to offer shares from time to time on the New York Stock Exchange, over-the-counter market or negotiated transactions. Proceeds will be used to repay amounts outstanding under its credit facility and money market lines of credit and for general corporate purposes.
