New Fortress Energy LLC

Announced an IPO of 22.2 million Class A shares representing limited liability company interests in New Fortress, pursuant to a registration statement on Form S-1 previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The current expected IPO price is between $17 and $19 per Class A share. In addition, New Fortress intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 3.33 million Class A shares at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
