Increased the size of its proposed brokered private placement of up to $2 million through the issuance of common share units and "flow-through" units at a price of $0.18 per Unit and $0.21 per FT Unit. The net proceeds will be used by Mooncor for exploration on its oil and gas properties and working capital.
