With Jones Energy Finance Corp., opened an exchange offer of 9.25% senior notes due 2023 for an equal amount of new identical notes due the same year, according to parent company Jones Energy Inc. Transfer restrictions, registration rights and additional interest provisions relating to the outstanding notes do not apply to the exchange notes. Offer will expire on Feb. 11. Wells Fargo Bank NA is the exchange agent.
