GasLog Partners LP

GasLog Partners LP has priced its public offering of roughly 4 million units of its 8.2% common units, liquidation preference $25 per unit at a price to the public of $25 per unit. The underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to 600,000 additional units from the partnership.

The company said the offering closed on Jan. 17 and the net proceeds from the offering after deducting underwriting discounts and commissions was $111 million.
