Crestwood Midstream Partners LP - 2011-04-04

Completed a private placement of $200-million aggregate principal amount of 7.75 percent senior notes due 2019. Net proceeds of approximately $193 million were used to help fund the recent acquisition of certain midstream assets from Tulsa, Okla.-based, privately held Frontier Gas Services LLC for approximately $338 million.
