Capital Constellation
Description
Closed a $150 million strategic partnership with Ara Partners Group, a private equity platform investing in middle-market opportunities across the global energy and industrials sectors. Capital Constellation will acquire a substantial minority ownership interest in Ara Partners and provide the firm and its affiliates with significant investment capital.
Constellation is a joint venture formed by the Alaska Permanent Fund Corp., RPMI Railpen, and Wafra Inc. on behalf of the Public Institution for Social Security of Kuwait.
