Cactus Inc.

Cactus Inc. announced the pricing of an underwritten secondary offering of 8.5 million shares of its Class A common stock by certain selling stockholders for total gross proceeds of $308.1 million. The offering is expected to close on March 21, 2019, subject to customary closing conditions.

Cactus will not receive any of the proceeds from the sale of common stock in the Offering.
