Bill Barrett Corp. has priced an underwritten public offering of 21 million shares of its common stock for total gross proceeds of $105 million. The company has granted the underwriters in the offering an option for 30 days to purchase up to an additional 3.15 million shares of the company's common stock to cover over-allotments, if any.

The company said it closed the offering on Dec. 8.
