Bellatrix Exploration Ltd. - 2013-10-15

Entered into an agreement with a syndicate of underwriters to issue on a bought deal basis some 21.9 million common shares at $8 per share with an over-allotment option. Proceeds will be used to fund the acquisition of Angle Energy Inc. and joint venture with Troika Resources Private Equity Fund, and for general corporate purposes.
