Sheridan Production Partners, Houston, reports the final closing of Sheridan Production Partners LP, a specialized $1.3-billion fund that will invest in mature assets in diverse basins across the U.S. Sheridan Production Partners was established by chief executive Lisa Stewart, former executive vice president, El Paso and president, El Paso Exploration & Production Co.; and private equity firm Warburg Pincus.
