Independent E&P Riley Exploration Permian will pay a $0.36 per share cash dividend on its common stock, the company said on April 11.
The dividend is payable on May 9 to stockholders of record by April 25.
Riley Permian also announced a call to discuss its financial and operational results on May 9 at 9 a.m. CT.
