Oilfield service company NOV Inc.’s board of directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend amounting to $0.05 per share of common stock, according to an Aug. 17 press release.
The dividend is payable on Sept. 29 to all NOV stockholders of record as of Sept. 15.
