• Crosstex Energy LP declared a Q4 2007 cash distribution of $0.61 per unit, payable Feb. 15, 2008 to unitholders of record on Feb. 4, 2008. The distribution is up from $0.59 per unit in the previous quarter.
• Crosstex Energy Inc’s quarterly dividend rose to $0.26 per unit in Q4 2007, up from the $0.24 per unit distribution in the prior quarter. The dividend is payable Feb. 15, 2008 to unitholders of record on Feb. 4, 2008.
• MarkWest Energy Partners LP declared a cash distribution of $0.57 per unit for Q4 2007, or $2.28 per unit on an annualized basis. The distribution is up $0.02 per unit from Q3 2007 and is payable Feb. 14, 2008 to unitholders of record on Feb. 7, 2008.
• Hiland Partners LP declared a quarterly dividend of $0.7950 per unit, up 5.3% from the prior quarter and 11.6% from the previous year’s quarter. The distribution, payable Feb. 14, 2008 to unitholders of record on Feb. 4, 2008, represents an annualized rate of $3.18 per unit.
• Hiland Partners GP LLC, the general partner of Hiland Partners LP, increased its quarterly dividend for Q4 2007 to $0.2550 per unit, an 11% increase from the $0.23 per unit dividend declared in Q3 2007. The distribution is payable on Feb. 19, 2008 to holders of record on Feb. 4, 2008.
• Inergy Holdings LP increased their Q4 2007 distribution 5% to $0.56 per limited partner unit from $0.535 per limited partner unit it declared in Q3 2007 and 40% over the prior year’s quarterly distribution. The distribution is payable Feb. 7, 2008 to holders of record on Feb. 4, 2008.
• Targa Resources Partners LP declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.3975 per unit, or $1.59 per unit on an annualized basis, for Q4 2007. The distribution is 18% more than the Q3 2007 distribution and is payable Feb. 14, 2008 to holders of record on Feb. 4, 2008.
• Williams’ board of directors has approved a regular dividend of 10 cents per share on the company’s common stock, payable on March 31, 2008, to holders of record on March 14, 2008.
• The board of directors for the general partner of Magellan Midstream Partners L.P. has increased the partnership’s quarterly cash distribution to 65.75 cents per unit for the Oct. 1 through Dec. 31, 2007, which represents its twenty-seventh consecutive quarterly distribution increase. The Q4 2007 distribution is 9% more than the Q4 2006 distribution of 60.25 cents per unit and represents a 2% increase over the Q3 distribution of 64.375 cents. The new distribution, which is $2.63 per unit will be paid Feb. 14, 2008 to holders of record on Feb. 6.
• Atlas Pipeline Partnership, L.P. declared a record quarterly cash distribution for 2007 of $0.03 per common limited partner unit, payable Feb. 14, 2008 to holders of record on Feb. 7, 2008. The Q4 2007 distribution represents around an 8% increase over the Q4 2007 distribution of $0.86 per common limited partner unit.
• MarkWest Hydrocarbon, Inc. announced that its board of directors declared a cash dividend of $0.36 per share of common stock for the Q4 2007, for an implied annual dividend rate of $1.44 per share. There is no change from the Q3 2007. The Q4 2007 dividend is payable on Feb. 15, 2008 to the stockholders on record on Feb. 8, 2008.
