LandGate is marketing for sale an overriding royalty interest (ORRI) in New Mexico’s Eddy County for an undisclosed seller.
The property is producing 1,680 bbl/d and 4.6 MMcf/d (gross) from two horizontal Wolfcamp, one horizontal Bone Springs and 20 vertical wells. The interest will participate in active development under 19 permitted locations. Well results in the area exceed 1,000 bbl/d IP30.
