Jed Oil Inc., Calgary, (Amex: JDO) plans to sell its working interests in the East Ferrier area of Alberta to an undisclosed arms-length company for C$27.5 million. Jed Oil acquired the assets through a property-swap with Enterra Energy Trust, Calgary (NYSE: ENT). Production is approximately 480 barrels of oil equivalent per day. Jed Oil will retain its working interest in the North Ferrier properties acquired in the swap.
