Enbridge Inc.’s board of directors declared a quarterly dividend in the amount of CA$0.8875 per common share, the company announced in an Aug. 1 press release .
The dividend will be payable on Sept. 1 to all shareholders of record by Aug. 15. The amount is consistent with the dividend dated June 1, according to the release.
In addition, the board declared 19 other quarterly dividends applying to preferred shares of Enbridge stock. These dividends are also payable Sept. 1 to shareholders of record by Aug. 15:
