Hood, President of geoLOGIC. “When we evaluated the SPOT High-Resolution Imagery from Iunctus, it was clear the comprehensive coverage and superior data currency represented a major improvement over other services that have previously been available to our customers.”
The SPOT High-Resolution Imagery is captured annually by the SPOT constellation of satellites (Satellites Pour l'Observation de la Terre or Earth-observing Satellites) and downloaded directly to the Iunctus ground station. After being collected, the images are orthorectified to ensure a high degree of spatial accuracy. The images are then tonally balanced and assembled into a seamless mosaic covering the WCSB -- approximately 460,000 sq miles (1.2 million sq km), the largest high-resolution imagery mosaic product in
