Silver Hill Energy Holdings LLC

Founded in late 2018, Silver Hill is focused on both direct asset acquisitions and indirect equity and joint venture investments across the energy space. Silver Hill is headquartered in Dallas and is led by Kyle D. Miller, the former president, CEO and founder of Silver Hill Energy Partners LLC and Silver Hill Energy Partners II LLC, which in October 2016 jointly agreed to sell to publicly-traded RSP Permian Inc. for $2.5 billion in cash and RSPP stock. Miller also served as a managing member of a number of related ventures focused on minerals, royalties and infrastructure, including Outrigger Delaware Midstream LLC, which sold to Targa Resources Corp. in a $1 billion transaction announced in January 2017.
