Ingersoll Rand to Acquire Chart Industries’ Howden Roots
Chart Industries’ $300 million divestiture of the Howden Roots business line to Ingersoll Rand is in line with a $500 million divestiture target set after Chart purchased Howden in March for $4.4 billion.
