Description
Weiser-Brown Operating Co., based in Magnolia, Ark., has scheduled two Tokio-Willisville Field tests in Nevada County, Ark. The #1 Potlatch will be in Section 8-14s-21w and about 2 miles to the south in Section 20-14s-21w will be #2 Potlatch. The vertical deeper pool tests are scheduled to reach total depths of 2,400 ft. The tests would be the company’s first wells in Willisville Field, which was opened in 1984 and current field production is from Nacatoch (1,207-70 ft) and Blossom (1,945-60 ft). Other reservoirs in the area include Willisville Southeast, Willisville Southwest and Willisville West fields. Of the more than 60 wells drilled, about 10 Tokio oil producers have been completed in the fields.
