Description

Two Triste Draw East Field wells were reported in Lea County, N.M. by Houston-based EOG Resources Inc. The discoveries were drilled from a single pad in Section5-25s-33e. The #502H Getty 5 Fed Com was drilled to 18,500 ft with a true vertical depth of 11,002 ft. It produced 2,484 bbl of oil, 4.595 MMcf of gas and 8,100 bbl of water per day from Bone Spring perforations at 11,219-18,455 ft after 25-stage fracturing. Gauged on an 86/64-inch choke, the shut-in casing pressure was 751 psi. The #503H Getty 5 Fed Com was drilled to 18,305 ft, 10,734 ft true vertical. It initially flowed 2,969 bbl of oil, 4.514 MMcf of gas and 6,411 bbl of water per day. Production is from Bone Spring perforations at 10,936-18,280 ft. Tested on an 86/64-inch choke, the shut-in casing pressure was 727 psi.
