Description

Two Reeves County (RRC Dist. 8), Texas, horizontal Wolfcamp completions were announced by Fort Worth-based Titus Oil & Gas Production LLC. The Ford West Field wells are in Section 26, Block 58 T2S, T&P RR Co Survey, A-3681. The #514H Nighthawk State flowed 990 bbl of 49.8-degree-gravity oil, 5.47 MMcf of gas and 5,651 bbl of water per day from fracture-treated perforations at 9,796-14,891 ft. The flowing casing pressure was 1,997 psi during testing on a 41/64-in. choke. It was drilled to 15,148 ft and the lateral reached 9,672 ft true vertical and bottomed 1 mile to the north. The offsetting and parallel #454H Nighthawk State was tested flowing 1,631 bbl of 50.4-degree-gravity oil, 7.514 MMcf of gas and 5,817 bbl of water daily from perforations at 9,796-14,890 ft. Tested on a 46/64-in. choke, the flowing casing pressure was 1,390 psi. The 14,978-ft well has a true vertical depth of 9,490 ft.
