Description
Dallas-based Aethon Energy completed three Elm Grove Field-Haynesville Shale wells in Louisiana’s Caddo Parish. The wells were drilled at a single drillpad in Section 18-16n-12w. The #1-Alt C B Port ET AL 18 H was drilled to 16,446 ft with a true vertical depth of 11,791 ft and flowed 8.328 MMcf of gas and 960 bbl of water per day from acidized and fractured perforations at 11,885-16,412 ft. The #2-Alt CB Port ET AL 18 H was drilled to 16,532 ft, 11,750 ft true vertical, and produced 19.128 MMcf of gas and 1,200 bbl of water per day from perforations at 11,922-16,502 ft. The #3-Alt C B Port ET AL 18 H was drilled to 16,534 ft, 11,752 ft true vertical and produced 9.36 MMcf of gas and 1,080 bbl of water per day from a perforated zone at 11,950-16,502 ft.
