Description
An Oklahoma Panhandle re-entry in Texas County, Okla., recovered gas flowing at an initial rate of 2.2 MMcf of gas per day, with no water. Dallas-based Scout Energy Management LLC’s #2-R Puckett is in Section 7-1n-16e and is producing from Oswego at 5,765-83 ft. The 6,820-ft Guymon South Field well was acidized and fractured. The well was originally completed in 1993 as an Upper Morrow well that was tested flowing 820 Mcf of gas daily through perforations at 6,296-6,312 ft. It was shut-in for the workover after recovering 694 MMcf of gas and 600 bbl of condensate. Scout acquired the well in 2017 as part of a deal with ConocoPhillips.
