Shell Oil Co. announced results from a Phantom Field-Wolfcamp completion in Loving County (RRC Dist. 8), Texas. The Houston-based company’s #2H Medora 29 Lov Unit 0805 A initially flowed 1,765 bbl of 45° API oil, 2.81 MMcf of gas and 3,560 bbl of water daily. The 22,230-ft well has a true vertical depth of 11,688 ft and is in Section 17, Block 29, PSL Survey, A-1314. Tested in a 32/64-inch choke, the flowing tubing pressure was 1,500 and the shut-in casing pressure was 1,800 psi. Production is from perforations at 11,812-22,070 ft.
