Description

Sabine Oil & Gas completed two Haynesville Shale gas wells in the eastern Panola County (RRC Dist. 6), Texas, portion of Carthage Field. The ventures were drilled from offsetting surface locations on a 1,967-acre lease in John Pace Survey, A-537 and the parallel laterals bottomed a little more than 2 miles to the south in Bluford M. Lewin Survey, A-397. The #1H Lefoy-Lewin flowed 21.448 MMcf of gas and 1.096 Mbbl of water per day from acid- and fracture-treated perforations at 11,471-22,421 ft. It was drilled to 22,456 ft (11,113 ft true vertical). The #2H Lefoy-Lewin produced 21.492 MMcf of gas and 1.134 Mbbl of water daily. Production is from perforations at 11,470-22,293 ft. It was drilled to 22,333 ft (11,118 ft true vertical).
