Description
A Cotton Valley oil well was completed in Texas’ Morris County (RRC Dist. 6) by Tyler, Texas-based Rose City Resources. IHS Markit reported that #1 Caesars was tested flowing 73 bbl of 49° crude, 5,000 cu ft of gas and 170 bbl of water per day perforations at 12,046-12,218 ft. The Hidden Rock Field well was drilled to a 12,350 ft and is on a 20.2-acre lease in the Robert P. Halcomb Survey, A-150. Nearby Cotton Valley oil production to the south at a 2004 completion, #1 Lone Start Steel.
