Description
Two Andrews County (RRC Dist. 8), Texas, Spraberry Field wells were completed by Pioneer Natural Resources Inc. Both Midland Basin wells were drilled at a single drillpad in Section 7, Block 7, University Lands Survey, A-U192. The #1H University 7-7A flowed 484 bbl of 39° API oil, 1.01 MMcf of gas and 1,089 bbl of water per day from Spraberry. It was drilled to 20,062 ft (9,557 ft true vertical), and production is from a perforated zone at 9,833-20,015 ft. The offsetting #2H University 7-7B was drilled to 19,952 ft, and the true vertical depth is 9,551 ft. It produced 2,095 bbl of 39° API oil, 1.055 MMcf of gas and 995 bbl of water per day from Spraberry at 9,731-19,913 ft. Pioneer’s headquarters are in Irving, Texas.
