Located in Section 29-2n-5w, #4 UH Forni was drilled to the north to 19,400 ft, 9,623 ft true vertical, and it bottomed in Section 25. Production at the Little Muskingum River Field well is from acidized and fractured perforations between 10,301 and 19,244 ft. Triad Hunter is based in Marietta, Ohio.
