Description
A horizontal Cotton Valley-Hardwood Field discovery by Houston-based Sabine Oil & Gas LLC was announced in Harrison County (RRC Dist. 6), Texas. The #1H Willoughby-Moseley SA is flowing 5.664 MMcf of gas, 54 bbl of 57-degree-gravity condensate and 4.98 Mbbl of water per day. Production is from fractured perforations at 10,412-15,190 ft. It was tested on a 2-in. choke - the flowing casing pressure was 542 psi and the shut-in casing pressure was 762 psi. It was drilled to 15,308 ft and on a 955-acre East Texas lease in Section 139, Sarah Shoto Survey, A-632. The lateral bottomed more than one mile to the northwest at a true vertical depth of 10,001 ft.
