Description
In Jackson Parish, La., Range Resources Corp. announced results from a horizontal Cotton Valley gas producer. The #1 Hodde 14H is producing 5.919 MMcf of gas, 4 bbl of condensate and 5.741 Mbbl of water per day from perforations at 12,151-17,947 ft. The Kellys Field well was drilled to 18,060 ft, 12,982 ft true vertical, and is in Section 23-1n-2w. It was tested on a 34/64-in. choke and the flowing casing pressure was 4,102 psi. It bottomed about 1.5 miles to the northeast in Section 13. Range’s headquarters are in Fort Worth.
