The #1-23TH Roush Federal was drilled to 15,776 ft, 11,083 ft true vertical. It was tested flowing 1.358 Mbbl of oil, 816 Mcf of gas and 3.05 Mbbl of water per day. Production is from acidized and fractured perforations at 11,572-15,592 ft. Peak Powder River is based in Englewood, Colo.
