In Nevada County, Ark., Weiser-Brown Operating has completed a Blossom Sand oil well at #1 Waters. It was tested pumping 25 bbl of crude per day from perforations at 1,989-2,001 ft. The Willisville Field well was drilled to 2,800 ft before being plugged back to 2,055 ft. The venture is in Section 20-14s-21w was initially permitted as a deeper pool test in the field, with a proposed target in Tokio. Willisville Field, which was opened in 1984, produces crude from Nacatoch at 1,200-1,300 ft and the deeper Blossom Sand. Weiser-Brown is based in Magnolia, Ark.
