Windsor Energy Resources Inc. has retained Meagher Oil & Gas Properties Inc. to sell acreage in the Williston Basin Bakken shale in North Dakota. The package includes a 79%gross deliverable net revenue interest on 23,000 net acres on federal, state, fee and tribal lands with leases expiring between 2011 and 2014 in Mountrail, McKenzie, Dunn, McLean and Mercer counties. The operated and nonoperated interests involve more than 36 potential net drilling locations on 640-acre spacing with potential future down spacing to 320 acres. Upside includes multiple pay potential in addition to the Bakken in the Three Forks, Midale and Nesson formations, and CO2 flood potential. The bid due date is July 30. The effective date is July 1.
